In our workshop, you’ll find many amazing employees, like Min, our sander. With us for over 15 years now, he’s part of the reason your shutters are so beautiful! Take a minute to get to know Min, and how he feels about his work!
We asked Min; after all the years you’ve been here, what would you say is your favorite part of what you do? His answer is, “The team I work with! I get to learn about all different cultures. They’re all so creative, and it’s great to mix it up! People here are from all over the world, working together. It’s pretty amazing!” Of that team, he says, It’s more than just coworkers. “We all get along like a family.”
Min says, what makes our product stand out is the people who make them. Not only have they been here for a long time, but they bring a lot to the table, as well. “These people have such good art in their work,” says Min. “We’re the best place in Richmond!” In fact, when asked what he’s learned over the years, Min says he’s learned a lot about the actual creative process that goes into your shutters. “Watching our people build special orders, like the arches, is great. I’ve learned a lot about how it’s done.”
As with many of our people here, Min has spent many years on this team. We pride ourselves on our people, and are so happy with the family we’ve created, here. Rest assured, your order is not just an order. Each order is handmade, according to your specifications and wishes, by many people who love what they do!
