During a free in-home consultation, a Shenandoah Shutters consultant will visit your home, measure every window you are considering, and show you finish samples in natural light. You will receive a detailed written quote with no hidden fees. If you approve the order, your shutters are built in our Richmond workshop and installed by our own team — typically within four to six weeks.
