Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website located at www.shenandoahshutters.com (the "Site") operated by Shenandoah Shutters ("we," "us," or "our"). The Site is intended to provide information about Shenandoah Shutters' products and services and to allow you to request a free in-home consultation. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Site.

Shenandoah Shutters manufactures and installs custom hardwood plantation shutters. All products are custom-made to order based on measurements taken during an in-home consultation. Because our shutters are custom fabricated to your specific window dimensions and specifications, all sales are final once production has begun.
By submitting a consultation request form on the Site, you authorize Shenandoah Shutters to contact you by telephone, email, or text message at the contact information you provide. Consultation requests do not constitute a binding purchase agreement.
Prices for our products are provided following an in-home measurement and consultation. Any pricing information displayed on the Site is for general reference only and is subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written quote provided after your consultation.
Shenandoah Shutters offers a limited lifetime warranty on our custom plantation shutters. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper maintenance, or operation contrary to product instructions. Full warranty terms will be provided at the time of purchase.
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all text, photographs, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Shenandoah Shutters or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the content and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise exploit any content on the Site for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of Shenandoah Shutters.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHENANDOAH SHUTTERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
