How Website Visitors Opt In

Our only current SMS opt-in method is the Shenandoah Shutters website consultation form. The same form is available on the homepage, contact page, and active product consultation pages.

Website visitors enter their contact information and may independently select either or both optional SMS checkboxes. The service-message checkbox covers consultations, appointments, estimates, installation scheduling, project updates, and customer-service notifications. The promotional-message checkbox covers special offers, discounts, product announcements, and seasonal promotions.

Neither checkbox is preselected, and consent is not required to request a consultation or make a purchase. We do not use paper forms, login-gated forms, purchased lists, shared opt-in lists, keyword opt-in, or third-party lead consent as SMS opt-in methods.

Consent Is Specific and Voluntary

Each SMS category has its own checkbox and its own disclosure. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. A visitor may submit a consultation request without selecting either SMS checkbox.

Mobile Information and Sharing

Shenandoah Shutters does not sell, rent, lease, or share SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our customer-relationship platform processes records only on our behalf to support the services selected by the visitor; it does not receive permission to use Shenandoah Shutters opt-in data for its own marketing.

Message Types

Service messages are limited to the consultation and project lifecycle. Promotional messages are sent only to people who separately select the promotional SMS checkbox. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for additional information.
