Shenandoah Shutters Proudly Serves Prince Edward County
Formed back in the 1700s from Amelia County, Prince Edward County is a collection of charming towns rich with history. The county seat of Prince Edward County is Farmville, a popular city for tourism. Prince Edward County is also home to Hampden Sydney and Rice. Nearby Longwood University and Hampden-Sydney College, as well as Southside Virginia Community College, bring an exciting dose of college town enthusiasm to the area.
Twin Lakes State Park, Briery Creek Lake, and the Sandy River Reservoir are just a few of the recreational opportunities in scenic Prince Edward County. Families enjoy the Southside Virginia Family YMCA.
Plantation shutters are a beautiful choice for your Prince Edward County home. The shutters from Shenandoah Shutters are timelessly stylish, made with only premium woods. We don’t use composite, vinyl, or any other non-wood material for our shutters. We believe that our shutters should be of the highest possible quality and pair well with your wooden furniture. In our view, it is only wood that provides this level of elegance. Plantation shutters add a fitted hardwood detail to the window and give you adjustable light and privacy. They are more than a window treatment: they are an investment.
Located in Richmond, Shenandoah Shutters offers modern and traditional styles for your plantation shutters. We even patented our own, popular Softedge design, a special style that neatly conceals hinges in a way that is similar to European cabinetry.
All of our plantation shutters are custom made for your window. No size or shape is too unusual for us to outfit with our handcrafted window treatment.
