Custom Plantation Shutters in Portsmouth, Virginia
Shenandoah Shutters has served Portsmouth homeowners since 1990. We measure your windows at home and build your hardwood shutters in Richmond, with installation by our own employees.
For windows with older trim, the mounting depth and panel clearance deserve a close look. Our consultant checks those details and helps you compare paint or stain samples with your existing woodwork. We also measure doors, arches, and other specialty openings.
Our patented Softedge™ shutters have a sculptured panel edge and concealed hinges. This is an edge and hinge design, available with the panel arrangement that suits your window. We can show you how it differs from a traditional shutter during your free consultation.
