Shenandoah Shutters Proudly Serves Northampton County
Plantation shutters are that rare combination of classic and timeless, much like the state of Virginia itself. Forever stylish, plantation shutters are the ideal choice for the seaside communities of Northampton County.
Plantation shutters are gorgeous in appearance, but they also add beauty to each room as they filter natural light in and out of the home. Plantation shutters are easy to maintain and energy efficient, as well. Plantation shutters add a fitted hardwood detail to the window and give you adjustable light and privacy.
Shenandoah Shutters has made custom hardwood shutters in Richmond since 1990. We’re located in Richmond, just a short drive from Northampton County. At our woodshop and showroom, we craft plantation shutters for windows in a range of sizes and shapes.
We offer both traditional and modern styles, including our own, patented design, the Softedge. The Softedge design is a particularly popular choice for tilt-ins and casements. With the Softedge, the hinges our concealed when the shutters are closed, giving your window the harmonious appearance that you expect from high-quality plantation shutters.
Our plantation shutters will fit right in with the fine wooden furniture pieces of your Northampton County home. Our plantation shutters are crafted using only premium woods and a smooth, silken lacquer finish.
