Plantation Shutters Cumberland County, VA

Shenandoah Shutters Proudly Serves Cumberland County

The community of Tamworth, in particular, is home to a historical district that includes the Muddy Creek Mill, first built in the 18th century. In Cumberland, Bear Creek Lake State Park in the Cumberland State Forest is a popular attraction for camping, swimming, boating, and fishing.

Shenandoah Shutters has made custom hardwood shutters in Richmond since 1990. We’re located in Richmond, just a short drive away from Cumberland County. Plantation shutters fit right in with the rural landscape of the county. They are stylish and timeless, adding value to your home. Using the louvers (horizontal slats) of your plantation shutters, you can beautifully filter sunlight in and out of your home for the perfect ambiance.

When we build your plantation shutters, we use premium woods and a gorgeous silken lacquer finish. Our plantation shutters can be crafted to fit windows of all sizes, shapes, and varieties. You can even install plantation shutters on sliding glass doors, sunbursts, or arches.

When you think of plantation shutters, you likely think of the traditional Southern design, but there are many choices for your plantation shutters. In fact, we even patented our own Softedge design. The Softedge design is an especially innovative choice for casements and tilt-ins.

If you’re looking to upgrade the window treatment in your Cumberland County home, then give Shenandoah Shutters a call today.
