Shenandoah Shutters Proudly Serves Buckingham County
Buckingham County is as unique as its name. Visitors to Buckingham County can explore everything from the spiritual retreats in the city of historic Yogaville to the beautiful ranches and recreational opportunities found alongside the James River. In Buckingham County, you’ll even find art galleries and merchant opportunities.
Authentic hardwood plantation shutters are a fitting addition to your rustic Buckingham County home. The plantation shutters provided by Shenandoah Shutters are custom made for your windows. We use only premium woods, like yellow poplar and basswood, to handcraft your shutters. You can choose from creams and stains, or you can request a custom color. You can also request a specialty wood, like mahogany or oak, be used to match your existing moulding or wooden furniture.
Plantation shutters have many benefits beyond style and functionality. Plantation shutters add a fitted hardwood detail to the window and give you adjustable light and privacy. You can even coordinate your plantation shutters with an existing fabric window treatment.
Shenandoah Shutters custom creates your plantation shutters in Richmond, Virginia, a short drive from Buckingham County. Shenandoah Shutters has made custom hardwood shutters in Richmond since 1990. Our plantation shutters are available in both traditional and modern designs. We even have our own, patented Softedge design. With the Softedge design, the hinges are hidden when the shutters are closed. This is an especially popular design for casement and tilt-in windows.
We offer a 100 year transferable warranty on your plantation shutters.
