At Shenandoah Shutters, we take our quality of craftsmanship seriously. All of our shutters are manufactured in nearby Richmond, Virginia, rather than being shipped off across the country. We’re careful in our selection of wood. We understand that while basswood is perfect for stained plantation shutters, it’s too porous for shutters that are painted. Our white and cream shutters instead use yellow poplar to really make that color pop. We also offer custom woods such as oak, cherry, or mahogany.
