We’ve all heard how buying local is beneficial to your community. Buying from an independent company, instead of a mass producer, is also very beneficial to you! Shenandoah Shutters is an all-in-one experience. In other words, you work with our team throughout the entire process.

Your first visit with our rep is done in person, to get exact measurements, discuss options and requests, and compare samples. Once you order, your shutters are handmade by our team in our wood shop (made with local wood). During that time, any questions or concerns you may have will be answered by our staff in the office. When your shutters are ready, they’re installed by our installation team. Lastly, with your 100 year warranty, if there are ever any issues, we address those in house, too. As you can see, there is no, “middle man,” here. We will take care of you from start to finish. Why is that so important? Keep reading!

Many of our customers have come in for a tour of wood shop, which includes meeting our master craftsmen. From start to finish, you’ll receive incredibly personal customer service (not from a call center or hotline, where you’ll have to talk to several people, be transferred to other departments, or explain your scenario fifty times) from people that work with you through the whole process. Your shutters also come with a 100 year warranty, so if anything ever does need attention (it’s rare, but it happens), you’ll talk to the same staff you’ve gotten to know, already. So, much like our shutters, your service is custom, too.

There’s no denying the benefits of small businesses in the community, but the benefits to the customer are clearly present, as well.
